摘要
松杉灵芝主要生长于落叶松、冷杉和云杉的腐木或伐根上,其营养成分丰富,含有多糖、三萜类化合物、蒽醌、甾醇、核苷和微量元素等化学成分,具有广泛的生物学活性,主要包括抗肿瘤、抗高血脂、抗氧化、消炎等作用。野生松杉灵芝资源稀少,完全不能满足市场及科研的需求,研究人工栽培技术势在必行。对松杉灵芝的化学成分和栽培技术进行了综述,包括菌种制作、培养、栽培,为松杉灵芝的开发利用提供参考。
Ganoderma tsugae Murr.,also known as hemlock Ganoderma,mainly grows on the decaying wood or roots of larch,fir and spruce.It is rich in nutrients,including polysaccharides,triterpenes,anthraquinones,sterols,nucleosides and trace elements.It has comprehensive pharmacological effects,which mainly contain anti-tumor,anti-hyperlipidemia,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory.As wild resources Ganoderma tsugae Murr.are scarce and can not meet marketing and research needs,so research of artificial cultivation technology is imperative.The chemical constituents and cultivation techniques of Ganoderma tsugae Murr.were reviewed in this paper,including the inoculation,cultivation and cultivation mode,which provided reference for the development and utilization of Ganoderma tsugae Murr..
