摘要
目的探讨复方盐酸阿替卡因在牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月~2019年6月在我院口腔科治疗的100例牙体牙髓病患者按麻醉方法不同分为两组,对照组使用患牙唇侧根尖区黏膜下注射利多卡因2~4 m L麻醉,观察组使用患牙唇侧根尖区黏膜下复方盐酸阿替卡因0.6~0.8 mL麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉有效率、麻醉起效时间和麻醉持续时间、麻醉前后血压与心率变化及不良反应情况。结果观察组麻醉总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组麻醉起效时间、感觉恢复时间明显短于对照组,麻醉持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉后血压、心率平稳,而对照组舒张压下降、心率加快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头晕、头痛、心动过速、恶心、呕吐等总不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方盐酸阿替卡因在牙体牙髓病治疗中效果显著,起效快,镇痛力强,感觉恢复快,且术中血流动力学平稳,不良反应发生率低,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application effect of compound articaine hydrochloride in the treatment of endodontic diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients with endodontic diseases treated in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the anesthesia method. The control group was given submucosal injection of 2 to 4 mL of lidocaine in the apical area on the labial side of the offending tooth for anesthesia and the observation group was given submucosal injection of 0.6-0.8 mL of compound articaine hydrochloride in the apical area on the labial side of the offending tooth for anesthesia. The anesthesia effective rate,anesthesia onset time and anesthesia duration, the changes of blood pressure and heart rates before and after anesthesia and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total anesthesia effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than the 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The anesthesia onset time and sensory recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the anesthesia duration was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05). After anesthesia, the blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were stable while the diastolic blood pressure decreased and the heart rate increased in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total adverse reactions of incidences of dizziness, headache, tachycardia, nausea and vomiting were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound articaine hydrochloride has a significant application effect in the treatment of endodontic diseases, with rapid onset, strong analgesic effect, rapid sensory recovery, stable intraoperative hemodynamics and low incidences of adverse reactions, which is of higher application value.
