摘要
学习参与度不高是导致在线学习辍学率高和结业率低的重要原因,探究在线学习参与度影响因素对提高在线学习质量具有重大价值。首先采用文献分析法和访谈研究法确定在线学习参与度的18个影响因素。然后分析各因素之间的逻辑关系,建立邻接矩阵,计算可达矩阵,通过层级分解,绘制在线学习参与度影响因素的结构模型。研究发现,学习动机、学习氛围是影响在线学习参与度的直接原因;知识呈现方式、平台易用性、课程难度、课程时长以及活动安排是最基础因素;其余因素作为间接因素发挥作用。最后,尝试提出改善在线学习参与度的建议,以期为后续在线课程建设提供新思路。
Low participation rate is an important reason for the high dropout rate and low completion rate of online learning.It is of great value to explore the influencing factors of online learning participation to improve the quality of online learning.Firstly,literature analysis and interview research were used to determine 18 influencing factors of online learning participation.Then,analyze the logical relations among the factors,establish the adjacency matrix,calculate the accessible matrix,and draw the structure model through hierarchical decomposition.Finally,some Suggestions are proposed to improve the participation of online learning in order to provide new ideas for the construction of online courses.
