摘要
目的研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗射血分数减少慢性心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者的疗效。方法选取确诊HFrEF患者96例为研究对象,入院后给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,随机分为对照组48例和应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠观察组48例,记录患者临床资料、实验室检测及心功能指标测定,并进行对比分析。结果 48例观察组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)平均值为(33.7±5.4)%;观察组肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)和N端B型尿钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,观察组患者左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)降低,而LVEF和左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)则上升,且治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者LVEDD降低明显,LVEF和LVFS显著升高,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠能有效改善射血分数减少慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能。
Objective The aim of this study was to assessed the benefit of sacubitril/valsartan in the chronic heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Methods 48 patients with HFrEF were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine anti-heart failure treatment and the observation group was used sacubitril/valsartan. The clinical data,laboratory tests and cardiac function indexes of patients were recorded and compared.Results The average left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of 48 patients in the observation group was(33.7±5.4)%. The levels of troponin T(cTnT) and N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the pre-treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) in the observation group decreased,while the LVEF and the left ventricular short axis shortening rate(LVFS) increased,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the LVEDD of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly,and the LVEF and LVFS increased significantly. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril/valsartan could effectively improve the clinical effect of the patients with HFrEF.
