摘要
航天新型复杂器件对航天装备的性能起着至关重要的作用,其失效可能导致整机乃至系统故障,甚至整个宇航任务的失败,提前识别与应对航天新型复杂器件在装备应用中的风险是保证其成功应用的重要手段。基于航天新型复杂器件及其在装备应用中的独特属性,提出了以工作分解结构(WBS)为基础的风险识别方法,识别出航天新型复杂器件在装备应用中的风险事件。结合工程实践,针对典型风险事件,对有效的应对措施进行了总结,为航天新型复杂器件在装备应用中的风险防控提供指导。
New space complex components play a vital role in the performance of space equipment,whose failure may lead to a fault in machines and systems, or even a failure of the space missions.Identifying and handling the risk of new space complex components in equipment applications is an important means to ensure successful applications. Based on the new space complex components and their unique properties in equipment, this paper proposes a method of risk identification based on the work breakdown structure of new space complex components, and identifies the risk events of new space complex components in equipment applications. Combined with engineering practice, this paper summarizes the effective countermeasures for typical risk events, which can provide a guidance for the risk prevention of new space complex components in equipment applications.
