摘要
“冰上丝绸之路”建设的提出,补充和完善了“一带一路”框架内容,对于加深中国与北极国家的贸易合作,拓宽中国同欧洲各国区域合作通道,助推中国参与北极事务合作开发等具有重要战略意义。随着“冰上丝绸之路”建设的不断推进,中国与北欧国家的合作关系日渐紧密,与沿路国家共同开展北极事务合作以及共建北极圈经济带的愿景不断深化,为中国同沿路国家地区展开多方位、多领域、深层次的新一轮全球经济合作,构建一条更加具有经济发展潜力和广阔市场空间,以及安全有所保障的冰上丝绸之路经济带,打下了坚实的基础,有助于中国更好地应对经济全球化的挑战。
The“Polar Silk Road”construction complements and perfects the contents of“The Belt and Road”framework,and is of great strategic significance for deepening China's trade cooperation with Arctic countries,broadening the regional cooperation channels between China and European countries,and promoting China’s joint participation in cooperation and opening up on Arctic affairs.With continuous advancement of“Polar Silk Road”construction,the cooperation between China and the Nordic countries has become increasingly closer.China’s vision of working with countries along the road to carry out cooperation and opening up on Arctic affairs,and jointly building the Arctic economic belt has been deepened,which lays a solid foundation for China to carry out a new round of global economic cooperation with other countries along the road in multiple directions,in multiple fields and at a deep level,and to build an economic belt with more economic development potential,broad market space and security guarantee,thus helping China to better meet the challenges of economic globalization.
