浅谈薪资对于教师资源分布优化之重要性——重点以小学、中学为例

摘要 如今的中小学教育中存在许多的问题,本文就低薪资对于教师的影响,从教师资源分布的三个不均匀——教师资源中男女比例不均匀、偏远地区与城市教师资源不均匀、公立和私立学校教师资源不均匀来说明薪资对于优化教师资源的重要性.优化教师资源是解决如今中小学教育中的诸多问题的一个有效方法,为教育事业的发展提供了一个切实的思路. At present,there are many obstacles restricting the development of primary and middle schools,in which the lower pay is a key factor.This paper just discusses the importance of teachers'pay rise to the distribution optimization of teaching staff,which focuses on the following three aspects:ill-distributed male and female teachers,ill-distributed rural and urban teachers as well as ill-distributed public and private school teachers.This paper puts forward that the distribution of teaching staff should be well planned and well carried out so as to improve the quality of teaching in a steady way.
