摘要
新型职业农民职业化是持续动态发展过程,是一个不断学习和成长的过程。基于新型职业农民职业化过程中学习策略的实证研究发现,新型职业农民在职业初始期、职业成长期和职业发展期的学习目标和学习策略呈现出差异性;实践中自我反思、技术专家指导、与他人合作发生的学习、向有经验的农民或师傅学习以及同行交流被大部分新型职业农民视为有效的学习策略;新型职业农民职业化进程中的学习是内外部环境互动的结果,也是自我学习和外部支持结合的结果,并且由于其人格特质的差异在学习策略上存在偏好。
The professionalization of new professional farmers is a continuous,dynamic development process,along with constant learning and growth. Using a survey research method,the current study revealed that there were gaps between the learning objectives and learning strategies of new professional farmers in their initial occupational period,occupational growth period and occupational development period. Self-reflection in practice,technical expert guidance,learning in cooperation with others and communicating with experienced farmers,masters or peers were considered effective learning strategies by most new professional farmers. Overall,learning during the process of farmer professionalization is the result of the interaction between the internal and external environment,such as the integration of self-learning and external support. At the same time,due to the differences in personality traits,different groups of new professional farmers prefer different learning strategies.
