摘要
目的:整理近几年针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究进展,以期为其治疗周围性面瘫提供一个思路,从而达到更好的临床治疗效果。方法:分别从穴位埋线、传统针刺、热敏灸、针刺配合电针、放血配合针刺、其他疗法等方面进行论述。结果:针灸治疗面瘫前景广阔,但治疗方案及作用机制还存在不足,仍待进一步探索。
Objective:To summarize the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion for peripheral facial paralysis in recent years,in order to provide an idea for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,so as to achieve better clinical treatment effect.Methods:The acupoint embedding,traditional acupuncture,heat-sensitive moxibustion,acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture,bloodletting combined with acupuncture,and other therapies were discussed.Results:Acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis has broad prospects,but the treatment plan and mechanism of action are still insufficient,and still need to be further explored.
