摘要
美国密歇根大学开设的院校研究方向硕士学位项目,旨在培养能改善教育实践的人才。该项目的师资队伍具有多学科的背景,实践工作经验丰富;课程内容强调研究方法和实践性知识;教学方式重视“做中学”和信息技术的运用。密歇根大学培养院校研究专业人员的经验具有典型性,对我国高校培养院校研究专业人员具有一定的参考价值。
The University of Michigan offered the master degree program in institutional research concentration, aiming at training professionals who could improve educational practice. It’s offered by the faculty with multidisciplinary education background and rich practical experience;the emphasis of course contents was placed on research methods and practical knowledge;and the teaching methods attached importance to "learning by doing" and the use of information technology. The experience of the University of Michigan was typical, which was of reference value for China’s universities.
