2017年安溪县土源性线虫感染现状调查 被引量:1

Investigation on soil-born nematodes infection in Anxi County in 2017

摘要 目的了解安溪县土源性线虫感染的现状,掌握安溪县主要乡镇人群土源性线虫病流行特点,为制定预防对策和评价防治重点寄生虫病提供科学依据。方法用分层整群随机抽样法,以≥3周岁常住人口为调查对象;采用改良加藤厚涂片法,一粪两检。钩虫卵阳性者再以试管滤纸培养法进行粪样钩蚴培养。随机抽取2家幼儿园儿童,加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。结果本次全县共监测5个乡镇,调查994例,土源性线虫病共检出19例,总感染率为1.9%,其中,钩虫、蛲虫、鞭虫感染率分别为0.7%、0.2%、0.1%;3岁-9岁儿童共检测110例,感染率为8.2%。不同监测点人群总体感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.83,P<0.05);随着文化程度的提高,人群总体感染率呈下降趋势。结论安溪县土源性线虫感染率较低,但是不同地区、不同文化程度人群感染率差异较为明显,后续工作中应重点加强土源性线虫病个人和生活卫生,加强卫生知识和预防知识的多形式健康教育。 Objective To understand the current situation of soil-born nematode infection in Anxi County, and master the epidemic characteristics of soil-born nematode disease in the main towns and villages of Anxi County, so as to provide scientific basis for making prevention countermeasures and evaluating and preventing the main parasitic diseases. Methods A stratified group random sampling method was used to investigate the resident population ≥ 3 years old. The improved Kato thick smear method was adopted, and one stool sample was conducted for two inspections. In the case with hooked eggs, the culture of hookworm larvae was carried out with test tube filter paper. Children were randomly collected from 2 kindergarten for the detection of pinworm eggs by transparent adhesive paper anal swab method. Results A total of 994 samples were monitored in five towns. And 19 cases of soil-borne nematodes were detected, with a total infection rate of 1.9%. Among them, the infection rates of hookworm, aphid and whipworm were 0.7%, 0.2%, and 0.1%. A total of 110 children aged 3 to 9 years old were tested. The infection rate was 8.2%. There was statistical significance on the difference in the total infection rate among different monitoring points(χ~2=10.83, P<0.05). With the increase of education level, the total infection rate of the population showed a downward trend. Conclusion The infection rate of indigenous nematode in Anxi county is low, but the difference of infection rate among different regions and different educational levels is obvious. In the follow-up work, we should focus on strengthening the health of indigenous nematode individuals and life, strengthening the health knowledge and prevention knowledge of health education in multiple forms.
