摘要
以某型号转子压缩机为研究对象,探讨不同排气路径对转子压缩机排气脉动和排气噪声的影响。运用STAR-CD仿真软件计算得到壳体内部一次排气空间和二次排气空间流场压力脉动曲线,同时提出转子压缩机壳体内部排气压力脉动高精度测量方法,可实时监测转子压缩机壳体内部一次排气空间和二次排气空间的排气压力脉动大小和规律。仿真计算和实际测量结果共同表明,转子压缩机壳体内部一次排气空间压力脉动明显大于二次排气空间压力脉动,优化排气路径可有效减弱壳体内部排气压力脉动,同时也可使转子压缩机噪声明显降低。该研究可为转子压缩机优化设计提供一定的参考。
With a certain type of rotary compressors as the object,the effect of different exhaust paths on exhaust pulsation and exhaust noise of rotary compressors is studied.The pressure pulsation curves of the flow fields of the primary exhaust space and the secondary exhaust space of shell inside are calculated by using the simulation software STAR-CD.At the same time,the high precision measurement method of exhaust pressure fluctuation inside the shell of the rotary compressors is established.Using this method,the real-time monitoring of the magnitude and regularity of the exhaust pressure pulsation in the primary exhaust space and the secondary exhaust space of the rotor compressors can be realized.The simulation and measurement show that the exhaust pressure pulsation of the primary exhaust space is bigger than that of the secondary exhaust space.The exhaust pressure pulsation of the shell inside can be effectively reduced by optimizing the exhaust path.Meanwhile,with the reduction of the exhaust pressure pulsation of shell inside,the rotary compressor noise can be significantly reduced.This study provides some practical reference for the optimal design of rotary compressors.
