摘要
表观遗传学异常在血液系统肿瘤,特别在急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)中起着重要作用。RNA甲基化是类似于DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰的另一层表观遗传学改变,其中m6A甲基化是最广泛的RNA甲基化修饰方式,贯穿于RNA的生命周期的所有阶段,通过影响RNA代谢发挥生物学功能。多项研究表明,m6A甲基化在急性白血病的起病、发展、耐药等多方面有着关键调控作用。m6A甲基化的研究也将为AL的治疗提供新的思路。本文就m6A甲基化及其在AL发生,发展,治疗耐药中的作用的研究进展作一综述。
Objective:Epigenetic abnormalities play an important role in the pathogenesis of hematological malignancies,especially acute leukemia(AL).Similar to DNA methylation and histone modifications,RNA methylation is another important epigenetic modification.m6 A methylation is one of the most prevalent and extensively studied RNA methylation.m6 A methylation is involved in many biological and pathological process.Recent studies have found that m6 A methylation is involved in the occurrence,development and drug-resistance of AL.This review focuses on the research progress of m6 A methylation in AL.
