自组织涌现律视阈的“三堂融陶”德育模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 涌现是高层次具有低层次所没有的特性、功能、行为,也是这个层次上的极值、最优值。系统选择消耗最少的能量,取得最大的效益和获得最高的速度,结构更优化,这是涌现的本质。陶文化是宜兴优秀传统文化,无锡工艺职业技术学院身处陶都宜兴,陶文化成为学院独具特色的校园文化。为了更好地挖掘中华优秀传统文化,使其最大程度地融入思想道德教育之中,依据自组织涌现原理,我院开发"三堂融陶"思想道德教育模式。第一课堂突出学生与"陶课程"对话,第二课堂突出学生与"陶大师"对话,第三课堂突出学生与"陶实践"对话。"三堂融陶"交互作用、相互激发、和谐共振,作用最大;"三堂融陶"结构更优、速度最高、消耗最少,效能最大。呈现出思想道德教育的"涌现"效应。 Emergence is the characteristic,function and behavior of a higher level which is not found in a lower level. It is also the extreme value and the optimum value of this level. It is the essence of emergence that the system chooses to consume the least energy,obtain the greatest benefit and the highest speed,and optimize the structure. Tao culture is an excellent traditional culture in Yixing. Wuxi Vocational and Technical College is located in Yixing. Tao culture has become the unique campus culture of the college. In order to better tap the excellent traditional Chinese culture and make it into the ideological and moral education to the greatest extent,according to the principle of self-organization emergence,our institute has developed the "three halls blending pottery"ideological and moral education model. The first class highlights the dialogue between students and Tao,the second class highlights the dialogue between students and Master Tao,and the third class highlights the dialogue between students and Tao practice. The interaction,mutual excitation and harmonious resonance of "three halls melting pottery"are the most important,and the structure of "three halls melting pottery"is better,the volume is smallest,the consumption is the least,and the efficiency is the greatest. It shows the emergence effect of Ideological and moral education.
