摘要
目的以某三甲医院为例,对公立医院岗位评价的点因素法和要素评分法进行研究。方法采用可行性研究、定量分析、评价性研究等对两种方法进行合理性分析与差异性比较。结果研究表明2种方法的Cronbach’s Alpha分别为0.899和0.898,量表具有很高的信度。点因素法无法较好区分护士序列中不同级别的差异性,但可以较好区分医生序列。要素评分法可以较好区分护士序列和医生序列中不同级别的差异性。结论研究在一定程度上说明要素评分法在医院中使用的适用性要高于点因素法。
Objective Taking an A-level tertiary hospital as example,point method and factor grading method used for job evaluation in public hospital are studied. Method Feasibility study,quantitative analysis and evaluation research were used for rational analysis and comparison of the two methods. Result The study shows that the Cronbach’s Alpha values of the two methods are 0.899 and 0.898,respectively,thus the scales have high reliability. The point method does not distinguish well between the different levels of the nurse sequence, while the doctor sequence can be better distinguished. The factor grading method can distinguish both the nurse and the doctor sequence. Conclusion To a certain extent,this study demonstrates that the applicability of factor grading method in hospitals is higher than that of the point method.
