以“四定工作制度”提升医院运行执行力 被引量:6

摘要 为提升医院运行执行力和管理效能,华中科技大学协和江北医院自2017年10月起针对行政后勤部门制定并实施了定项目、定责任人、定完成时间和标准、定工作效果考核的"四定工作制度"。与"四定工作制度"实施前相比,2018年相关工作量增加88.31%,工作完成率提升40.79%,部门及员工工作效率、管理效能显著提升;门诊人数、住院人数、手术台次等分别上升31.28%、43.27%、53.34%。"四定工作制度"有效地增强了部门及员工执行力,提升了医院运行效能,推动了医院的快速发展。 In order to enhance executive capacity of administrative and supportive departments of the hospital,the" four-items definition system " was formulated and performed in Union Jiangbei Hospital since October, 2017,including the specifics of project,the responsible person,the accomplishing time and standard,and the assessment of working effect. Administrative and supportive workload and efficiency in 2018 in the hospital increased by 88.31% and40.79% respectively. The number of outpatients,inpatients and operation increased by 31.28%,43.27% and 53.34% respectively. The"four-items definition system" enhanced the execution capacity of the departments and employees significantly,improved the efficiency,and promoted the rapid development of the hospital.
