蛹期日高温对小菜蛾后续发育的延迟影响

Carry-over effects of daily high temperature during the pupal stage of diamondback moth

摘要 本研究模拟了在蛹期经历不同持续时间(2、4 h)的日高温(30、35℃)对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)后续发育阶段性状的延迟影响。试验结果表明,与经历2 h日高温相比,小菜蛾蛹期经历4 h日高温后,雌雄成虫的寿命分别缩短了2.2 d与2.4 d、总生殖量降低了19粒/雌、产卵日缩短了4.4 d,且内禀增长率降低了0.7,但是前3日生殖量百分比增加了4.7%;与对照相比,小菜蛾蛹期经历2 h日高温后,小菜蛾成虫各性状与种群参数并无显著差异。 In order to evaluate carry-over effects of daily high temperature on adult traits of diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella,we stimulated daily high temperature(30℃,35℃)lasting for 2 and 4 hours during the pupal stage.As a result of treatment for 4 hours at daily high temperature during the pupal stage with comparison of 2-hour group,longevity of the male and female were shortened by 2.2 days and 2.4 days respectively,the fecundity was reduced by 19 No./per female,ovipositing day was shortened by 4.4 days,and the intrinsic growth rate was decreased by 0.7,while proportion of females ovipositing in first three days was increased by 4.7%.Compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in the characteristics and population parameters of the adults after the pupae experienced 2 hours at daily high temperature.
