摘要
激光冲击微造型是利用激光冲击波的力学效应在材料表面制备微凹坑的一种新型表面织构加工方法。从激光冲击微造型与材料表面形貌变化、材料表面力学性能变化、材料摩擦学性能变化方面简述了近些年来激光冲击微造型材料表面质量变化的最新研究动态,在此基础上,进一步指出了激光冲击微造型技术调控材料表面质量的优越性。
Laser impact micro-forming is a new surface texture processing method which makes use of the mechanical effect of laser shock wave to fabricate micropits on the surface of materials. The latest research trends of surface quality change of laser impact micr-forming materials in recent years were briefly described from the change of laser impact micromodeling, material surface morphology, material surface mechanical properties and material tribological properties. On this basis, the advantages of laser impact micro-forming technology in regulating the surface quality of materials were further pointed out.
