Kinetics Study on Austenization of Q&P Steel during Continuous Annealing

摘要 为了准确描述Q&P钢在连续退火加热、均热过程中的奥氏体化程度,基于JMAK方程建立了适应于连续退火条件下的加热、均热奥氏体化模型,计算了0.2C-1.3Si-2.0Mn Q&P钢在不同加热速率、不同均热温度、不同均热时间情况下钢的奥氏体化程度。在Gleeble35OO试验机上对设定的连续退火工艺进行了热模拟,并通过光学显微镜观测其显微组织,用截线法测量了均热结束时的马氏体含量,推测出了均热结束时的奥氏体含量。结果表明,理论计算结果与实际观测结果符合较好,所建立的奥氏体化模型可以很好的指导生产,可制定出满足成品组织需求的连续退火工艺。 In order to accurately describe the degree of austenization in the process of continuous annealing andhomogenization of Q & P steel, a model of heating and homogenization of Q & P steel under continuous annealing conditionwas established based on JMAK equation. The austenitization degree of 0.2C-1.3Si-2.0Mn Q&P steel at different heatingrates, different heating temperatures and time was calculated. The thermal simulation of the set continuous annealing processwas carried out on Gleeble3500 tester. The microstructure was observed by optical microscope, and the martensite content atthe end of homogenization was measured by section method, and the austenite content at the end of homogenization wasdeduced. The results show that, the theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the actual observation results,and the austenization model can guide the production very well, and the continuous annealing process which ensures the needsof the finished product can be worked out.
