Drug resistance analysis of food-borne Salmonella in Yunnan from 2014 to 2018

摘要 目的了解云南省2014年-2018年云南省食源性沙门氏菌的耐药情况。方法采用沙门氏菌诊断血清和革兰阴性需氧菌药敏检测板对2014年-2018年337株食源性沙门氏菌进行了血清分型和药物敏感试验,对耐药结果进行分析。结果2014年-2018年食源性沙门氏菌血清型有56种。2018年食源性沙门氏菌对14种抗生素的耐药率(92.9%)最高。2018年食源性沙门氏菌对三类及三类以上抗生素的总耐药率(45.8%)最高。各年沙门氏菌对头孢西丁、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、阿奇霉素的敏感率均在90%以上;亚胺培南的敏感率有明显下降趋势。检出多重耐药菌的61.2%(44/72)样品均是肉与肉制品,其中绝大多数都是生肉制品(81.8%,36/44)和预制肉制品。结论2014年-2018年云南省食源性沙门氏菌的耐药性较高,尤其是2018年。建议相关食品监管部门应加强对畜牧养殖业抗生素的使用,及宰杀、加工、运输等环节的监督管理。 Objective To know the status of drug resistance surveillance of food borne Salmonella in Yunnanprovinces from 2014 to 2018. Methods Salmonella diagnostic serum and gram-negative aerobe drug sensitivity testboard were used to classify 337 food-borne Salmonella strains from 2014 to 2018, conduct drug sensitivity test, andanalyze the results of drug resistance. Results There were 56 serotypes of food-borne Salmonella from 2014 to2018. In 2018, food-bome Salmonella had the highest drug resistance rate (92.9%) to 14 antibiotics. In 2018,food-bome Salmonella had the highest overall resistance rate (45.8%) to class 3 and above antibiotics. The sensitivityof Salmonella to cefxitin, ceftaxime, ceftadime and azithromycin was above 90%. The sensitivity rate of imipenemhas a significant trend of decrease. 61.2% (44/72) of the samples with multiple drug-resistant bacteria were all meatand meat products, most of those were raw meat products (81.8%, 36/44) and prepared meat products.Conclusion From 2014 to 2018, the resistance of food-bome Salmonella in Yunnan province is high, especially in2018. It is recommended that relevant food regulatory authorities should strengthen the use of antibiotics in animalhusbandry, as well as the supervision and management of slaughter, processing and transportation.
