尿外泌体-肾小球疾病诊断新思路 被引量：2

摘要 肾小球疾病是终末期肾衰竭最主要的原因,肾活检是确定肾小球疾病病理类型和病变程度的必需手段,因病情需要有时不可避免重复肾活检. 肾活检为侵入性检查,临床上常有血尿、肾周血肿、感染等并发症出现,且部分患者因存在禁忌症或拒绝有创操作而错过明确诊断的最佳时机,延误病情. 近年来,随着外泌体的发现及不断研究,肾小球疾病诊断和病变进展评估有了无创检查的可能性,现综述如下.
