摘要
介绍了球面摩擦磨损试验机的工作原理,基于多体动力学软件建立了球面摩擦磨损试验机的仿真模型,分析了球面摩擦副Z向加载与绕X、Y、Z轴摆动的动态特性,验证了控制算法的可行性,为球面摩擦磨损试验机提供了仿真依据。
the working principle of spherical friction and wear testing machine is introduced. Based on the multi-body dynamics software, the simulation model of spherical friction and wear testing machine is established. The dynamic characteristics of Z-loading and swing around X,Y,Z of the spherical friction is analyzed. The feasibility of control algorithm is verified. A simulation based on spherical friction and wear testing is provided.
