摘要
为研究洗甲水对植物细胞的遗传损伤程度及其安全使用范围,以洋葱和大蒜为实验材料,采用植物根尖细胞微核测定技术,研究不同浓度、不同品牌的市售洗甲水对植物根尖细胞微核率的影响。结果表明:随洗甲水处理液浓度的升高,植物根尖细胞微核率呈先升高后降低的趋势,且洗甲水各浓度处理组均表现为对洋葱和大蒜根尖细胞不同程度的遗传损伤;各浓度的两种洗甲水处理液对洋葱根尖的遗传损伤效应略高于大蒜,但差异无统计学意义;同时,较低价位的A品牌洗甲水对两种植物根尖细胞的遗传损伤效应略高于价位较高的B品牌洗甲水,但差异无统计学意义。
To identify nail polish remover-induced genetic damages to plant cells,and provide a reference for safety utilization of nail polish removers,the genetic toxicity of nail polish removers of 2 brands with various concentrations was assayed by micronucleus rate test for the root tip cells of onion and garlic materials.The results showed that with the concentration increasing of nail polish remover solutions,the micronucleus rates of root tip cells of onion and garlic materials increased first and then decreased.Different concentrations of nail polish remover solutions universally caused certain genetic damages to root tip cells of onion and garlic.The genetic damage effects of two kinds of nail polish removers with different treatment concentrations on onion were slightly higher than on garlic,but the difference was not significant.At the same time,brand A nail polish remover with a lower price caused more serious genetic damages to root tip cells of onion and garlic than brand B,while the difference was not significant.
