摘要
为有效保护新疆野苹果(Malus sieversii)种质资源,以野生苹果种子为材料,通过室内盆栽播种试验研究了同种土壤和异种土壤对其幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:异种土壤有利于幼苗的更新,同种土壤抑制幼苗的更新;在同种土壤中幼苗的死亡率高于异种土壤中幼苗的死亡率,可以初步判断新疆野苹果幼苗倾向发生距离制约效应。
In order to effectively protect the germplasm resources of Xinjiang Malus sieversii,the effects of the same soil and different soil on the growth and development of its seedlings were studied through the indoor potted planting experiment.The results showed that different soil was beneficial to the regeneration of seedlings,and the same soil inhibited the regeneration of seedlings;the mortality rate of seedlings in the same soil is higher than that in the different soil,which can be used to judge the distance restriction effect tendency of Xinjiang Malus sieversii seedling.
