摘要
为了解飞机工艺装备发展的现状及问题,促进飞机工艺装备及其标准化快速发展,本文分析了飞机工艺装备的特点、作用、技术发展趋势、研制模式和标准化发展现状,从发展级别上,将飞机工艺装备的发展阶段分为工装1.0阶段、工装2.0阶段、工装3.0阶段、工装4.0阶段,同时结合目前工装技术、信息管理及标准化发展存在的问题给出了飞机工艺装备发展的措施和建议。
In order to understand the present situation and problems of aircraft tooling,promote the rapid development of aircraft tooling and its standardization,the paper analyzes the characteristics,functions,technology development trends,development models and standardization development status of aircraft tooling.From the development level,development stage of the aircraft tooling is divided into tooling 1.0 stage,tooling 2.0 stage,tooling 3.0 stage,tooling 4.0 stage.At the same time,the measures and suggestions for the development of aircraft tooling are given combined with the current problems of tooling technology,information management and standardization.
