摘要
从砂型尺寸检测的需求出发,讨论砂型检测高精度化的意义,综述目前关于单目视觉检测系统的现状,总结分析各类相关机器视觉检测技术的优缺点,并对砂型几何参数的在线检测技术进行展望,指出机器视觉检测技术可能是未来的解决思路之一。
Starting from the demand of sand mold size detection,this paper discusses the significance of high precision sand mold detection,summarizes the current situation of monocular vision detection system,summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various related machine vision detection technologies,and looks forward to the online detection technology of sand mold geometric parameters,and points out that machine vision detection technology may be the future solution one.
