摘要
研究复杂井况下尾管悬挂工艺,提高尾管悬挂器应用成功率。介绍冀东油田南堡区块常用液压尾管悬挂器的主要结构原理和应用该型悬挂器的南堡油田定向井的典型井况特点,结合该型悬挂器的结构原理和南堡油田定向井典型井况特点,分析南堡油田应用该型悬挂器的风险,并针对这些风险提出相应的技术措施。对2007-2018年间南堡油田应用该型悬挂器的情况进行总体技术分析和总结,得出这些技术措施对该井况具有适应性并具有推广意义。
In order to study the liner hanging process under complex well conditions and improve the successful application of liner hanger,this paper introduces the well conditions in Nanpu block of Jidong Oilfield and the structural principle of the hydraulic liner hanger used in this block.Combined with the structural principle of this type of hanger and the typical characteristics of directional wells in the block,the risk of applying this type of hanger is analyzed,and corresponding technical measures are proposed for these risks.The overall technical analysis and summary of the application of the liner hanger in the block between 2007 and 2018 shows that these technical measures have adaptability to the well condition and have a promotion significance.
