摘要
针对含分布式电源配电网发生事故后,如何进行孤岛划分,利用分布式电源带负荷进入孤岛运行保障更多更重要负荷持续供电的问题。研究提出了一种基于谱聚类的含分布式电源配电网孤岛划分策略,该策略根据复杂的网络社团结构发现原理,以划分后的各子系统内部结构紧凑、电力联系紧密为目标将系统进行初步划分;在初步划分的各子系统中建立负荷恢复范围优化模型,在各约束条件下保障在有限的功率内能够尽可能多地恢复更重要负荷,并通过二进制粒子群算法对该模型进行求解。含分布式电源IEEE69节点配电系统算例分析结果验证了所提方案的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of how to divide isolated islands after an accident occurs in a distribution network containing distributed power sources,the distributed power sources are utilized to enter the isolated islands with loads to ensure continuous power supply for more and more important loads.In this paper,a spectrum clustering-based islanding strategy for distribution network with distributed power sources is proposed.According to the discovery principle of complex network community structure,the strategy preliminarily divides the system with the goal of compact internal structure and tight power connection of the divided subsystems.An optimization model of load restoration range is established in each sub-system preliminarily divided to ensure that more important loads can be restored as much as possible within the limited power under various constraints,and the model is solved by binary particle swarm optimization algorithm.An IEEE69-bus power distribution system with distributed power sources is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
