耐候钢高强度螺栓在中俄边境黑河大桥上的应用 被引量:6

Application of High Strength Bolts of Weathering Steel in Heihe Bridge on Sino Russian Border

摘要 中俄边境黑河大桥是"一带一路"交通互联互通建设重要工程,桥梁栓接构件采用由中铁山桥集团有限公司生产的10.9S级耐候钢高强度螺栓NHL10。其检测结果表明:NHL10的耐候指数大于6.5,螺栓的力学性能、连接性能均满足10.9S级高强度螺栓及黑河桥技术条件要求,螺栓副的扭矩系数随温度变化不明显,抗滑移系数大于0.55。在Walpole酸性溶液中0.8倍缺口拉伸强度加载条件下试样保持100 h不发生断裂,在模拟工业大气环境条件下,耐候性能达到了普通高强度螺栓的1.5倍以上,与非耐候钢高强度螺栓相比,具有优异的耐大气腐蚀性能和抗延迟断裂性能,可大大减少螺栓断裂的风险,提高桥梁的安全性。 Heihe Bridge on the Sino Russian Border is an important project of "the Belt and Road" transportation interconnection. The 10.9 S high strength bolt NHL10 of weathering steel produced by China Railway ShanhaiguanBridge Group Co. Ltd. is used in the bolted components of bridges. The test results of high strength bolt NHL10 ofweathering steel for Heihe Bridge show that the weather resistance index is greater than 6.5. The mechanical propertiesand connection properties of NHL10 meet the technical requirements of 10.9 S high strength bolts and Heihe Bridge. Thetorque coefficient of the bolt pair is not significantly influenced by the change of temperature. The slip coefficient isgreater than 0.55. In Walpole acid solution,the sample was maintained for 100 h without fracture under the loadingcondition of 0.8 times notched tensile strength. Under the condition of simulated industrial atmosphere,the weatherperformance reaches 1.5 times of the normal high strength bolt. Compared with non-weathering steel high strength bolt,NHL10 has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance and delayed fracture resistance. It can greatly reduce theoccurrence of bolt fracture and improve the safety of bridges.
