摘要
文章提出了区域文化产业创新发展的模式,认为文化产业的创新发展需要区域与跨区域的协同作用,即通过文化核心产业、文化相关领域产业以及文化辅助产业的协同创新,实现文化产业的技术创新、服务创新、业态创新和融合创新,并以大连市为例,深入剖析了区域文化产业创新发展模式的运作,提出了从创新文化产业发展的体制机制,打造文化产业发展的人才队伍,推进文化产业与相关产业深度融合,壮大龙头骨干文化产业企业,营造文化产业发展的良好环境五个方面保障大连市文化产业创新发展模式的有效运作。
This paper puts forward the innovative development pattern of cultural industry. It holds that the regional innovation and development of cultural industry need the cross-regional synergy, that is, to realize technological innovation, service innovation, format innovation and fusion innovation through the collaborative innovation of core cultural industry, related cultural industry and auxiliary cultural industry. And then it takes Dalian as an example, analyzing the development pattern of the regional cultural industry innovation. To safeguard the regional cultural industry innovation effectively, it puts forward the following suggestions from five aspects: innovating the institutional mechanisms, building up the talent team, promoting the deep integration of the related industries, strengthening the leading cultural industry enterprises and creating a good environment.
