摘要
为了解决电动汽车充电桩用磁保持继电器在大电流合闸过程中触头弹跳引起温升、熔焊及损耗的问题,采用ANSYS软件对磁保持继电器进行三维电磁建模仿真,并使用MATLAB建立磁保持继电器动态合闸模型控制系统,采用遗传算法优化动态合闸过程模糊控制策略,以减少触头间的弹跳,降低触头的温升及损伤,提高充电桩工作稳定性,并通过试验验证了优化算法的有效性。
In order to eliminate phenomenon,i.e.temperature rise,fusion welding and loss caused by the bounce of the contact in the switching process of the magnetic latching relay used for the charging pile of electric vehicles,this research uses the ANSYS to make 3D modeling and simulation for magnetic latching relay,and uses MATLAB to establish model control system for dynamic switching of the magnetic latching relay,and uses the genetic algorithm to optimize fuzzy control strategy of the dynamic switching process,reduce the bounce between the contact,reduce the temperature rise and damage,improve operation stability of the charging pile.Effectiveness of the algorithm optimization is verified with experiment.
