摘要
为了提高铬刚玉砖的抗热震性,在铬刚玉砖配料中添加不同量的红柱石等量取代相同粒度的电熔白刚玉,经混练、成型、干燥、烧成后,检测其致密度、常温强度、常温耐磨性、高温抗折强度和抗热震性,并进行XRD、SEM和元素面扫描分析。结果表明:1、红柱石莫来化反应的体积膨胀效应降低了铬刚玉砖的显气孔率。2、由于莫来石的密度和硬度均低于刚玉的,砖中刚玉相比例的降低不仅导致体积密度下降,也导致常温强度和常温耐磨性能呈下降趋势。3、基质中交错分布的柱状莫来石可有效改善试样的高温抗折强度和抗热震性。4、综合考虑,红柱石添加量以不超过18%(w)为宜。
In order to improve the thermal shock resistance of chrome-corundum bricks,different amounts of andalusite were added to the formulation of chrome-corundum bricks to replace the equivalent fused white corundum with the same particle size.After mixing,shaping,drying and firing,the density,cold strength,cold abrasion resistance,hot modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance were tested,and the XRD,SEM and elemental surface scanning were carried out.The results show that:(1)the volume expansion effect of mullitization of andalusite reduces the apparent porosity of chrome-corundum bricks;(2)the density and hardness of mullite are lower than those of corundum,the decrease of corundum ratio in brick leads to the decrease of bulk density,the strength and the cold abrasion resistance;(3)the cross-distributed columnar mullite in the matrix can effectively improve the hot modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance of the specimens;(4)considering comprehensively,the andalusite addition shall not exceed 18%.
