PEP绿白膜对香菇设施栽培环境因子及香菇品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在香菇生产中,为了满足香菇生长对环境条件的要求,实现提质增效,在覆盖材料上寻找一种新型棚膜就显得尤为重要。为了探讨PEP绿白膜在香菇集约化生产中应用效果,在辽宁地区香菇生长关键时期(大暑和白露节气期间)分别测定PEP绿白膜和PVC膜为覆盖材料的2栋大棚内环境因子(温度、空气相对湿度、光照强度和CO2浓度)的变化情况,并检测香菇主要品质指标(菇型、颜色、营养物质和氨基酸含量),以期为PEP绿白膜在香菇集约化生产中的优化应用提供数据支持,以提高辽宁地区夏季香菇生产的水平及产品品质。试验结果表明:7月末(大暑节气),与PVC膜处理相比,PEP绿白膜为覆盖材料的处理可以使大棚内中午最高温度降低1.6~2.1℃,光照强度由5088lx降至279lx,空气相对湿度由50.1%提高至73.2%;9月初(白露节气),使用PEP绿白膜为覆盖材料的处理可以使棚内空气相对湿度由60.4%提高至71.0%。PEP绿白膜处理对棚内CO2浓度没有显著影响。香菇品质检测结果表明,以PEP绿白膜为覆盖材料的处理香菇个体大(PEP处理比PVC处理盖径增加17.1%,单菇鲜重增加37.9%,单菇干重增加45.4%)、菇型正、菇体颜色浅、菇柄较长,营养物质含量丰富,但呈味氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量和氨基酸总量较低,风味不如PVC为覆盖材料的处理。在辽宁地区夏季香菇设施栽培中,采用PEP绿白膜为覆盖材料以期增产的同时,需要进一步优化培养基中营养成分和其他栽培措施,以期提高香菇的口感风味。 In the production of Lentinus edodes, it is very important to find a new type of shed membrane as covering material in order to meet the requirements of the growth of Lentinus edodes on the environment and improve quality and efficiency. In order to clarify the effect of PEP green-white film in the intensive production of Lentinus edodes, the changes of environmental factors(temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2 content) in two big sheds of PEP green-white film and PVC film were investigated in the key period of Lentinus edodes growth(Great Heat and White Dew), and the main quality(mushroom shape,color, nutrient content and amino acid content) of Lentinus edodes was detected in order to improve the application of PEP green-white film in the intensive production of Lentinus edodes and the improvement of its application methods. It is feasible to raise the level and quality of Lentinus edodes in summer. The test results showed that the maximum temperature in the greenhouse can be reduced by 1.6-2.1 ℃, the light intensity from 5088 lx to 279 lx, and the air relative humidity increased from 50.1 % to 73.2 % compared with the PVC film at the end of July(before and after Great Heat). At the beginning of September(White Dew), the air relative humidity in the greenhouse increased from 60.4 % to 71 %. The results of quality test showed that the fruiting body of Lentinus edodes produced in the greenhouse with PEP green-white film as the covering material was large(Pileus diameter of PEP treatment increased by 17.1% compared with PVC treatment, fresh weight per plant increased by 37.9%, while dry weight per plant increased by 45.4%), beautiful, shallow, rich in nutrient content, and mushroom stalk was long. However, the total amount of flavored amino acids, the total amount of essential amino acids and the total amino acids were relatively low, and the flavor was not as good as that of Lentinus edodes produced in PVC film greenhouse. In the protected cultivation of Lentinus edodes through summer in Liaoning region, the PEP green-white film is neded as shed membrane to improve production, at the same time it is important to optimize the nutrients of culture medium as well as the cultivation measures to improve flavor and taste of Lentinus edodes.
