摘要
为最大程度减少城市轨道交通信号故障对网络化运营造成的影响,阐述城市轨道交通信号故障影响的传播过程,分析故障条件下"以乘客为中心"的运营调控方式,研究信号故障对网络化运营定量影响评价,提出基于仿真评估的调控方案递进优化流程。以某市地铁发生的一次信号故障为例,利用仿真评估方法对信号故障情况下车站客流限流的合理时机进行计算,在保证运营安全前提下尽量减少对乘客出行的影响,为信号故障情况下城市轨道交通网络化运营组织提供研究支撑。
In order to minimize the impact of urban rail transit signal fault on the network operation, this paper expounds the transmission process of the impact of urban rail transit signal fault, analyzes the "passenger oriented" operation control mode in the event of signal failure, studies the quantitative impact evaluation of signal fault on the network operation, and proposes the progressive optimization process of control scheme based on simulation evaluation method. Taking a signal fault of a subway in a city as an example, the paper uses simulation evaluation method to calculate the reasonable timing of passenger flow restriction under the condition of signal fault, to minimize the impact on passenger travel under the premise of ensuring operation safety, and to provide research support for urban rail transit network operation organization under the condition of signal fault.
