心肌自动功能成像评估急性心肌梗死介入治疗后左心室功能短期变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用心肌自动功能成像(AFI)评估急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后短期内左心室收缩功能变化,探讨AFI的实用性。方法选取初发AMI并行PCI治疗的患者30例,利用AFI测量PCI术前、PCI术后24小时左心室整体纵向应变(GLS)及局部梗死区域平均应变(TLS),同时与30例健康者比较。结果 AMI患者PCI术前、术后左心室射血分数和GLS和TLS均较对照组明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PCI术后24小时较术前GLS及TLS明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 AFI技术可快速定量评估AMI患者PCI术后短期左心室收缩功能改变。
