柴油机缸盖应变和单缸缸内压力的关系研究

摘要 柴油机缸内压力的实时监测对保证柴油机动力系统的安全性有着极其重要的意义。论文通过采集缸盖的应变比对缸内压力变化的方法,针对柴油机缸盖应变和缸内压力两者之间的关系进行了研究,发现了缸盖应变规律与缸内压力变化规律有着高度一致的形态相似准则,证实了通过采集缸盖应变就可以得到柴油机缸内实时压力。利用Matlab分离采集的应变信号,研究在不同的转速时,柴油机缸盖应变与缸内压力变化的对应关系,使用Matlab拟合工具找出柴油机缸盖应变曲线与缸内压力曲线的对应关系。论文的研究给出了一种新的柴油机缸内压力检测方法,提出了一种柴油机缸盖应变与缸内压力的一种ε-P函数,多种工况下大量的实验数据证实了论文提出方法和ε-P函数的正确性。 Real-time monitoring of in-cylinder pressure of diesel engine is very important to ensure the safety of diesel engine power system.In this paper,the relationship between cylinder head strain and in-cylinder pressure is studied by collecting the strain ratio of cylinder head.It is found that there is a highly consistent morphological similarity criterion between cylinder head strain and in-cylinder pressure variation.It is confirmed that real-time in-cylinder pressure of diesel engine can be obtained by collecting cylinder head strain.Using the strain signals separated and collected by Matlab,the corresponding relationship between cylinder head strain and in-cylinder pressure change at different rotational speeds is studied.The corresponding relationship between cylinder head strain curve and in-cylinder pressure curve is found by using Matlab fitting tool.In this paper,a new method for measuring the in-cylinder pressure of diesel engine is presented,and anε-P function of the strain of the cylinder head and the in-cylinder pressure of diesel engine is proposed.A large number of experimental data under various working conditions confirm the correctness of the proposed method and theε-P function.
