Determination of 6 Heavy Metals Elements in Mica Titania Pearlescent Pigment by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用硝酸+氢氟酸+盐酸混合酸消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法定云母钛珠光颜料中的Pb、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Ni 6种重金属元素的含量。各元素校正曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.0018~0.0510 mg/L。平行测定7次,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均不大于1.3%。各元素在添加水平为0.5μg/mL时的回收率为88.9%~108%。方法获得了令人满意的测定效果,对云母钛珠光颜料中重金属含量的测定提供了可靠的分析方法。 The method for the determination of the content of six heavy metals elements(Pb,Cd,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu)in mica titania pearlescent pigment by flame atomic absorption apectrometry(FAAS),using mixed acid digestion(nitric acid/hydrofluoric acid/hydrochloric acid)was established.Good linear ranges of the six target elements were obtained,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999.The limits of detection for the six target elements were ranging from 0.0018 to 0.0510 mg/L.The standard solution were measured parallel seven times and the relative standard deviations(RSD)of all the target elements were lower than 1.3%.The spiked recoveries with standard addition level of 0.5μg/mL were between 88.9%and 108%.The experiment results were satisfactory.The results showed that FAAS can fully satisfy the analysis need of heavy metals elements in mica titania pearlescent pigment.
