3种纳米纤维素改性沥青的性能测试与分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比添加3种不同类型的纳米纤维素后改性沥青的常规技术指标,结合动态剪切流变试验(DSR),研究纳米纤维素对改性沥青高温性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明,纳米纤维素能够有效提高改性沥青的高温稳定性、抗车辙和抗变形等路用性能;当纳米纤维素的掺量越高,改性沥青的上述性能提高越大;TEMPO氧化木浆纤维素对改性沥青的路用性能的提高效果最佳。 In order to study the effects of Nano-cellulose on the high temperature properties and rheological properties of modified asphalt, the conventional technical indices of three different types for Nano-cellulose modified asphalt were compared. Then, the dynamic shear rheological test(DSR) was applied to analyze the rheological property of modified asphalt. The results indicat that Nano-cellulose can effectively improve the hightemperature stability, anti-rutting and anti-deformation performance of modified asphalt;the higher the Nanocellulose content is, the higher the performance of modified asphalt will be;TEMPO-oxidized wood cellulose has the best effect on improving the road performance of modified asphalt.
