摘要
文章针对某款搭载自动变速器的插电式混合动力汽车在制动能量回收工况下产生变速器啸叫的案例,讨论了该工况下变速器啸叫产生的原因、机理和优化方法,并对优化方法进行了整车声学试验验证。主观评价和噪声测试表明,优化后变速器声学可接受。本文提出的优化方法对实际问题的解决具有较好的指导意义。
In this paper,a case of gearbox whine under the braking energy recovery condition of a plug-in hybrid vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission is discussed. The causes,mechanism and optimization methods of gearbox whine under this condition are discussed,and the optimization method is verified by the vehicle acoustic test. Subjective evaluation and noise testing indicate that the optimized transmission is acoustically acceptable. The optimization method proposed in this paper has a good guiding significance for solving practical problems.
