摘要
目的比较电化学发光免疫法(ECLIA)与酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月本院进行HIV检测的血液样本12457份,经ECLIA及ELISA检测,将检测结果阳性血样送HIV确认中心确认。将ECLIA、ELISA检测及HIV确认中心结果进行对比。结果ELISA检出阳性血样35份,检测阳性率为0.28%;ECLIA检出阳性血样32份,检测阳性率为0.26%;确认中心确诊阳性血样30份。ELISA与ECLIA检测HIV抗体阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ELISA检测阳性血样吸光度值(OD)与cut-off(CO)值比值(OD/CO)多在1.35~1.80(P<0.05),且检测OD/CO值越大,与确认结果符合率越高;ECLIA检测阳性血样cut-off值多在150.00~220.00(P<0.05),且检测cut-off值越大,与确认结果符合率越高。结论ECLIA与ELISA检测各有优劣,临床应用应综合考虑。
Objective To compare effect of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in detection of antibodies of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods A total of 12457 blood samples were collected from our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 for detection of HIV.The positive blood samples detected by ECLIA and ELISA were sent to the HIV confirmation center for the further detection.The detection results of ECLIA and ELISA werecompared with those given by HIV confirmation center.Results Totally 35 positive blood samples were detected by ELISA,and the positive rate was 0.28%.Totally 32 positive samples were detected by ECLIA,and the positive rate was 0.26%.Totally 30 positive blood samples were confirmed by the HIV confirmation center.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HIV antibodies between ELISA and ECLIA(P>0.05).The OD/CO value of positive blood samples detected by ELISA was mostly in the range of 1.35 to 1.80(P<0.05),and the larger the OD/CO value was,the higher the coincidence rate with the confirmed results was.The cut-off value of positive samples detected by ECLIA was mostly in the range of 150.00 to 220.00(P<0.05),and the larger the cut-off value was,the higher the coincidence rate with the confirmed results was.Conclusion Both ECLIA and ELISA have their own advantages and disadvantages,and how to choice them should be considered comprehensively in clinical application.
