摘要
现有的3D打印的切片软件大多是基于STL文件格式进行设计的,对于其他的三维模型文件的兼容性较差。针对以上现状,设计了基于OpenSceneGraph(OSG)三维渲染引擎的3D打印切片软件。该软件利用OSG实现人机交互界面的设计、三维模型的读入、分层处理算法研究、等距偏置路径规划算法设计等,能够处理多种三维模型文件并生成打印代码。随后搭建3D打印实验平台并根据该软件生成的G代码进行打印实验,结果表明该软件生成的G代码满足打印要求。
Most of the existing 3D printing slicing software is designed based on the STL file,and the compatibility with other 3D model files is poor.Aiming at the above situation,a 3D printing slicing software based on OpenSceneGraph(OSG)3D rendering engine was designed.The software uses OSG to realize the design of human-computer interaction interface,the reading of 3D model,the research of layered processing algorithm,the design of isometric offset path planning algorithm,etc.It can process a variety of 3D model files and generate print codes.Then a 3D printing experiment platform was built and the experiments of printing parts were done based on the G code generated by the software.The results show that the G code generated by the software meets the printing requirements.
