摘要
目的了解广东省佛山市高明区销售水产品中副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)污染状况和血清群分布,为防治副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供参考依据。方法按照《水产品抽样方法》(SC/T 3016-2004)要求,随机采集高明区农贸市场销售的3类水产品共321份开展副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定,并对分离菌株开展血清学分群。结果 321份销售水产品中共分离出77株副溶血性弧菌,总体检出率为23.99%。甲壳类检出率为33.71%,贝类为23.68%,鱼类为18.59%,三者检出率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);夏秋季的检出率(37.50%)比冬春季(10.56%)高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),存在明显的季节性变化;77株菌株共分出4个血清群(O1、O2、O3和O10),其中O2和O1为优势血清群,另有一株未分型。结论高明区销售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较严重,其在销售水产品的分布呈现广泛性、多样性和多源性等特点。
Objective To understand the situation of contamination and serogroup distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(Vp) in aquatic products sold in Gaoming District of Foshan, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of foodborne diseases caused by Vp. Methods According to the "Sampling Method for Aquatic Products"(SC/T 3016-2004), a total of 321 aquatic products in three categories sold in farmers′ markets in Gaoming District were randomly selected for the isolation and identification of Vp. The serological scoring was carried out on the isolated strains. Results A total of 77 Vp strains were isolated from 321 aquatic products. The overall detection rate was 23.99%. The positive detection rates in crustacean, shellfish and fishes were 33.71%, 23.68%, and 18.59%, respectively. The difference in the detection rates for the three types of aquatic products was statistically significant(P<0.05). The detection rate in summer and autumn(37.50%) was three times higher than in winter and spring(10.56%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), demonstrating obvious seasonal changes. A total of 4 serogroups(O1, O2, O3 and O10) were isolated from the 77 strains, with O2 and O1 as the main serogroups. There was one strain not classified. Conclusion The aquatic products sold in Gaoming were seriously contaminated by Vp which was distributed in a pattern of wide-ranging products from multiple sources in the market.
