摘要
为满足排放升级的要求,对4102型柴油机的燃烧室、进气系统和燃油系统进行匹配研究。在原机活塞和缸盖的基础上,设计不同构造的燃烧室和不同涡流比的气道。利用CONVERGE软件,仿真分析不同径深比的燃烧室模型、不同涡流比的缸盖气道模型以及喷油器孔数和夹角等各种因素对柴油机排放的影响,通过试验对比确定最佳的匹配参数。结果表明,径深比为2.86的ω型燃烧室活塞、气道涡流比1.5的缸盖、155°喷射夹角的6孔喷油器适用于该型柴油机燃烧系统。改进设计的柴油机满足非道路国三排放标准要求且具有较好的经济性。
For the need of upgrading the level of emissions,matching of combustion chamber,intake system and fuel system on 4102 diesel engine is investigated in this paper.Based on the original piston and cylinder,different combustion chamber,swirl ratio of intake port,the hole number and spray angle of injector are analyzed through the simulation of CONVERGE software.The results of experiment and simulation indicate that,theωtype combustion chamber piston with a diameter-depth ratio of 2.86,the cylinder head with swirl ratio of 1.5,the injector with 6 holes and spray angle of 155°,are suitable for the combustion system of this diesel engine.The diesel engine meets the requirements of non-road emission regulations,and also has better economy.
