摘要
针对火炮身管内径磨损量测量存在测试效率低、测试精度差等问题,利用激光位移传感器、步进电机和MSP430单片机,设计了一套无需定心装置的火炮身管内径测量系统。实验结果表明,身管内轮廓再现效果良好,显著提高了身管内径磨损检测效率与测量精度。
With ragard to the problems of great difficulty in low efficiency and bad test precision of test problems in the measurement of gun barrel diameter wear,a gun barrel inner contour measurement system is designed by adopting laser displacement sensors,stepper motors and MSP430 SCM,which have no centering device.The results showed that the measurement system have got inner contour information ofreconstruction image and improve the detecting efficiency and accuracy.
