摘要
高等院校向“一带一路”沿线来华留学生讲好中国故事具有重要的时代意义。它既是“一带一路”沿线国家共同发展的需要,也是中国国家形象对外展示的需要,还是中国高等教育国际化的发展需要。讲好中国故事需要把握以下原则:一是高校党委领导下的教师主导原则;二是实事求是原则;三是普遍性和特殊性相结合原则。面对“一带一路”沿线来华留学生,高校要讲好以下三方面的中国故事:一要讲中国优秀传统文化;二要讲中国国情与民情;三要讲中国真情实意的国际交往故事等。最后,从中国故事的编纂,高校涉外宣传话语主导权,高校对外传播途径与宣传能力以及讲好中国故事理论研究等四个方面提出了讲好中国故事的策略建议。
It is of great contemporary significance for colleges and universities to tell Chinese stories well to the international students from the countries along“the Belt and Road”.It is not only the need for common development of the countries along“the Belt and Road”,but also for the display of the international image of China and the internationalization of Chinese higher education.To tell the Chinese story well,the following three principles should be grasped:first,the teacher-led principle under the leadership of university party committees;Second,the principle of seeking truth from facts;Third,the combination of universality and particularity.And the following three types of Chinese stories should be told well:first,stories about China’s excellent traditional culture;second,stories about China’s national conditions and people’s conditions;third,stories about China’s real and sincere international exchanges.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to tell Chinese stories well from four aspects:the compilation of Chinese stories,the dominant right of foreign propaganda discourse of colleges and universities,the external communication channels and propaganda ability of colleges and universities,and the theoretical research of telling Chinese stories well.
