摘要
为了进一步拓展直缝焊管在海洋管道的应用,通过对海底管道应用特性和直缝焊管产品特点的综合试验分析,得出了直缝焊管在几何尺寸、性能指标及交付施工等方面的使用优势。随着海洋管道向深海领域的开发,管体纵(横)向性能、抗屈曲能力、应变时效等方面的技术要求相应提高。分析认为,厚壁直缝焊管以其优异的综合性能将成为海洋管道领域应用的主要选择之一,这必将推动焊管在厚壁管制造、尺寸精度、性能控制等方面的技术进步,同时也为焊管制造技术的发展提供新的机遇。
In order to further expand the application of the longitudinal welded pipe in offshore pipeline,thought the comprehensive test analysis of the characteristics of offshore pipelines application and longitudinal welded pipe products,the advantages of the longitudinal welded pipe in geometry dimension,performance indexes and delivery construction are obtained.With the development of the offshore pipeline to the deep sea,the technical requirements for the longitudinal and transverse performance,buckling resistance,strain aging and other aspects of the pipeline are correspondingly improved.The analysis shows that the thick wall longitudinal welded pipe with its excellent comprehensive performance will become one of the main choices in the field of the offshore pipeline application,which will promote the technological progress of the welded pipe in the aspects of the thick wall pipe manufacturing,dimensional accuracy,and performance control,and will also provide new opportunities for the technological development of the welded pipe manufacturing.
