摘要
针对目前螺旋埋弧焊管成型调整过程主要依赖操作人员实践经验完成的现状,通过对管线钢材料性能的研究分析,修订了弯曲回弹公式中关于材料屈服强度的取值要求。结合螺旋焊管生产实际,推导出螺旋焊管成型机上压辊压下量与钢带弯曲曲率半径之间的数学关系模型,以及上压辊压差调整的数学关系模型,并分析了数学模型在螺旋焊管荒管调整过程和弹复调整过程中的应用意义和可行性。结果表明,建立的数学模型可操作性强,可为螺旋焊管成型数控调整提供理论参考。
In view of the fact that the adjustment process of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe mainly depends on the practical experience of the operators,through the research and analysis of the properties of pipeline steel material,the value requirement of the yield strength of the material in the bending rebound formula is revised.Combined with the reality of spiral welded pipe production,the mathematical model for the relationship between the pressing quantity of the upper pressuring roll and the bending radius of the steel strip,and the mathematical relationship model of pressure difference adjustment of the upper pressuring roll are deduced,and the application significance and feasibility of the mathematical model in the adjustment process of spiral welded pipe and the adjustment process of elastic recovery are analyzed.The results show that the established mathematical model is operable and can provide theoretical reference for forming numerical control adjustment of spiral welded pipe.
