摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司2.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置改造为2.3 Mt/a喷气燃料液相加氢装置时,利旧反应器无液位指示,不利于装置对喷气燃料指标的控制。从利旧反应器液位设置的可行性、液位控制方案、影响液位的因素及管控措施等方面对改造方案进行了论述,并提出改进措施。在利旧反应器增设液位控制后,通过采取控制反应器顶压力4.0 MPa、进料量调整幅度不大于2 t/h、混氢量调整比例10 m^3/t原料、反应温度提降幅度不高于2℃/h等措施,反应器液位可平稳控制在20%~60%,催化剂床层浸没在反应物料中,确保了催化剂的高效利用,喷气燃料产品质量合格。结合实际操作经验,提出在反应器气相引压线、反应器泡罩支撑盘、气相空间等方面仍可进一步改造完善,以提高装置运行的平稳性。
When the 2.0 MM TPY diesel hydrogenation unit is transformed into 2.3 MM TPY liquid phase hydrogenation of jet fuel unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refinng & Chemical Company, the old reactor has no liquid level indication, which is not conducive to the control of jet fuel index. The feasibility of liquid level setting, liquid level control scheme, factors affecting liquid level and control measures of the old reactor are discussed, and improvement measures are put forward. After adding liquid level control to the old reactor, by controlling the top pressure of the reactor 4.0 MPa, adjusting the feed rate no more than 2 t/h, adjusting the ratio of mixed hydrogen to 10 m^3/t, and increasing the reaction temperature no more than 2 ℃/h, the liquid level of the reactor can be controlled smoothly in 20%~60%, and the catalyst bed immersed in the reactor material, which ensures the efficient utilization of the catalyst and the quality of jet fuel products. Combining with the practical operation experience, it is proposed that the gas-phase pressure line, the support plate of the reactor bubble cover, and the gas-phase space of the reactor can be further improved to improve the operation stability of the device.
