摘要
采用地沟油为原料合成水性醇酸树脂,再利用丙烯酸对其改性,制备水性醇酸树脂防腐涂料。结果表明,合成工艺条件为:酸值范围50~80 mgKOH/g,醇解及酸解温度230~240℃,获得的涂料各项性能均满足HG/T 4847-2015中的要求,表干时间小于8 h,实干时间小于24 h,耐水性及耐盐水性好,挥发性有机物含量(VOC)低,仅为37 g/L,利废环保,应用前景好。
The illegally recycled waste cooking oil was used as raw material to synthesize waterborne alkyd resin,which was then modified with acrylic acid to prepare waterborne alkyd resin anticorrosion coatings. The results showed that when the synthesis process conditions was set as:acid value ranged from 50 to 80 mg/g and the temperature of alcoholysis and acid hydrolysis ranged from 230 to 240℃,the properties of coatings could meet the requirements of HG/T 4847-2015 standard,such as the surface drying time less than 8 hours and the thorough drying time less than 24 hours. In addition,the anticorrosion coatings provided excellent water resistance and salt water resistance,and contained low volatile organic compound(VOC),which wasonly 37g/L,with better environmental friendly and application prospect.
