摘要
目的观察消癌平口服液联合PC方案治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)及对血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的影响。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,将76例患者按治疗方法的不同分为对照组40例和观察组36例,对照组予PC方案(培美曲塞+顺铂),治疗组加用消癌平口服液。比较两组近期临床疗效、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分,ELISA法测定MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9含量,记录毒性作用。结果治疗后,观察组临床控制率为69.4%,明显高于对照组的42.5%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组KPS评分显著升高,血清MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9含量。观察组白细胞减少和乏力发生率分别为30.6%和22.2%,均显著低于对照组的62.5%和57.5%(P<0.05)。结论消癌平口服液联合PC方案治疗NSCLC疗效肯定、安全性好,且可降低MMPs。
Objective Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiao′aiping oral solution combined with PC chemotherapy regimen for primary non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and its impact on matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs).Methods 76 patients with advanced NSCLC were divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(36 cases) according to different treatment regimens by retrospective analysis.The control group received PC chemotherapy regimen(pemetrexed and cisplatin),while the observation group received Xiao′aiping oral solution additionally.The efficacy,KPS score and toxic reaction of patients in two groups were compared,and the serum levels of MMP-2,MMP-7 and MMP-9 were determined by ELISA.Results After treatment,the disease control rate in observation group(69.4%) was higher than that in control group(42.5%),P<0.05.Compared with control group,the KPS was significantly increased,and the serum levels of MMP-2,MMP-7 and MMP-9 were significantly decreased in observation group.The incidences of leukopenia and fatigue in observation group were 30.6% and 22.2% separately,which were both lower than those in control group of 62.5% and 57.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao′aiping oral solution combined with PC chemotherapy regimen is effective and safe for NSCLC which can decrease MMPs.
